4. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of these products, all sales are final, and returns or exchanges cannot be accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage for a replacement or refund.

5. Custom Orders

Custom designs are available upon request. Full payment is required before production begins.
Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once production has started.

Each Cerephoria Ceramic Toy is handmade and inspected for quality. Slight variations in size, shape, and glaze are part of the artisanal process and should not be considered defects.
Cerephoria is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities to materials used.

Discreet packaging is used for all orders to protect your privacy.

8. Shipping

We ship all items in secure and discreet packaging.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Any customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
